1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Life's Story ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Life's Story is a faith-based storytelling platform that provides personalized stories, scripture, and devotional content. The Service includes a free 3-day trial followed by paid subscription plans.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial:

• Access is restricted until a paid subscription is activated
• Monthly Plan: $10.00/month, billed monthly
• Yearly Plan: $30.00/year, billed annually
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing cycle

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. All charges are in US dollars. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute content generated by the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Stories and content generated by the Service are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. Life's Story retains all rights to the platform, its design, and its underlying technology. Scripture references are used under standard fair use principles.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content is theologically perfect. The content is intended for inspirational purposes and does not constitute professional spiritual counseling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life's Story shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
